Well UNC it's been a minute since I've been on here,I know you know by now moma's gone, Prolly with the rest of yaw anyway til we all "MEET"again love and miss yaw dearly...
This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, ROGERS WHITE who was born on November 24, 1948 and passed away on April 5, 2011. We will remember him forever.

I was just talking about you yesterday on Thanksgiving with family in Flint, Michigan. I miss you and the times we spent together. I also remember the time you said you could dunk a basketball. When I took you to the gym you couldn't touch the Rim! Lol - You turn to me and said "They've raised the rim since I use to play basketball". Lol I miss the laughs unc. Love Nephew - Jew

Today, I celebrate you dad!! This is the day, Where I would call you up for your birthday and get to hear your wonderful "Hello" and we would pretty much laugh through our whole conversation - as you would tell me how good looking you are for an old man and then you would start coughing and I would tell you to light another one lol! I love you very much, wish you were still here with us!!

Founder of Michigan Observer "Roger White"
Note: Uncle Rogers wrote my first aritical for College in his newspaper the Michigan Observer. He typed up a very nice send off article for me transitioning from Flint Northwestern High School to Alabama State University.
In High School i was honored in High School Football making first team All City, first team All Valley, and 2nd team All State, with special mentions for All American. The Flint Journal only wrote a small aritical for me: However Uncle Rogers made it posible for me to be notice with a very nice article section in his newspaper. This is something that Uncle Rogers did for me that i will never forget.
Thank you very much Uncle Rogers for all of your love and support. I will never forget our personal relationship together. Love always "Big J"

I NEVER KNEW THAT MY UNCLE ROGERS STAYED IN THE SAME BUILDING AS MY GRANDMA MCCOY, I KNOW THAT I CALLED MY GRANDMA ONE DAY AND SHE ALWAYS TOLD ME THAT SHE SITS AND HAVE A GOOD CONVERSATATION WITH HIM. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH UNCLE ROGERS, YOU ARE AN AMASING ANGEL!!
