Even though you are not here and It's been a year since you were taken from us, I just want to tell you that I will always have you in my mind but I know your in the heavens of god and it took a while for you to reach there I know that you are happy and that you are no longer hurting. Soon we will be together with mom and dad and tomorrow we will celebrate like you would want us to. I love you rip my little brother.

7 months today... were missin you so much, what can I say but I'm so blessed to have had OUR CHILD together, Miss Lauren Marie Olvera... she going through so much in her young life, but the one thing for a fact is she is very thankful for everything you have done to make sure she is taken care of even in your afterlife.

RIP ROLAND OLVERA

I too had a brother from another mother .  I met Rolando at the Harley Store and from that day on we became good friends and fellow riders.

One Saturday we had met at the Harley like any other Saturday when we decided to ride .. we got on our bikes i did not matter the time or where we were headed we just rode.. We stopped and had a drink and thats when he told me that he loved his Life, His Family and his Sarah .

We sat there for a while longer and then got back on our bikes and hit the road He was smiling ear to ear when he was riding his Honda Davidson.

My "Carnalio" I will always miss you I too wish I would have known you more, spent more time with you but  never will I forget you. Love You Bro.

i rememeber growing up with the three last siblings. it wasnt easy for them growing up.actually it wasnt easy for none us after losing are dad at a young age..we had to grow up pretty fast..with me married at 14and my brother jr married at 17.and nancy working and going to school and helping mom with the youngest..roland always seemed to be the one always out there..moving around every where..before mom passed she tolds us that she worried about roland cuz he was always wondering the streets and to watch him..well mom is watching him now..miss my mother and brother

This was an awsome memory, Oscar got us game tickets and we all met at Hooters and yes with our ol-ladies. For this was the first time that we all got together and the girls were getting to know each other like sisters. Kinda reminded me of Wyatt Earp with his brothers and wives in Tombstone. We were bussed to and from the game on the Hooters bus and man we had a great time. We almost caught a homerun ball hit our way. Wish ya'll could've seen us acting like kids again, boy did we laugh and party all night.... Love and miss you RoRo...  Thank you again Oscar... Brothers forever...

   YEARS AGO BACK WHEN WE WERE KIDS "TEENS" ROLANDS MOM HAD A CONTRACT TO GIVE OUT PHONE BOOKS. WELL SHE WOULD LET US DEL THEM IN HER GREEN N PRIMERED FORD PINTO. WELL WE WOULD LOAD IT TO THE ROOF WITH BOOKS,THEN ROLAND DECIDED THAT IT WOULD TAKE TO LONG TO DEL ALL OF THEM. SO OFF TO H.E.B,S DUMPSTER WITH ALL OF THEM, THEN WE WOULD GO CRUISIN TIL IT WAS TIME TO RETURN THE PINTO WITH LITTLE OR NO GAS LEFT. I BET PEOPLE WERE WONDERING WHERE THERE PHONE BOOKS WERE, THEY COULD BLAME RORO OK ALL OF US. BET I NEVER LOOK AT A PHONE BOOK THE SAME AGAIN.LOL. LOVE YA BRO.....            STARR

I remember when tio Roland came down from Dallas on his Honda Davidson! He sees Isaiah (Spiderman). Well, as all my family knows my son loves the Marval CHaracters. Grandpa (Lawrence Olvera) holds Spidey and says" what should we name my brother?" my son rubs his chin and says" tio, I'm calling you the Dark Knight." I had seen a huge smile and he hugs him hard. There's so much he has done for me and I will never forget it. I love you Tio!

Roland............ you are going to be missed dearly dear freind!! We are so glad to have met you!! You were taken from us way too soon!! We LOVE you RoRo!!

Roland was and always will be my bro. the news of his passing was like a bad dream that i have not woke from. ROLAND im gonna miss your phone calls that kept us together though we lived so many miles apart. I LOVE YOU BRO and i will miss you everyday brother. ill see ya on the other side.                                                                            STARR                                        

I remember when Roland had an old mustang. He let me drive it when I was about 18, I remember it was raining and the tires were slippery. And I spun out and did a donut. Scared the hell out of me. I also remember he wanted to trade my 300zx for his astro van and I was so ready to. But we didn't.  And all the times I did see him he would say hey mija how you doing and give me a big hug. I'll miss you dearly

I loved him and wish I could have spent more time with him and hung out with him more.
