He didn,t get the best start in life after losing his mother as a boy. In an age when times were tough enough. He had it very hard indeed. Then having a war to contend with and fighting abroad i believe it took a toll on him and made him the person he was.He did his best and had good heart. He knew what it was like to go hungry and go without, so he would always help people if they were struggling. Because he knew exactly what it was like to go without.  My Dad and Mom married in 1939 .  God Bless them both ... they are now reunited with their first two children born my brother and sister . God Bless them all.     Until we meet again.
