Ronald H. Cash, 80, a resident of 3154 Horseshoe Road, Creedmoor died March 2, 2014 art Duke Regional Hospital.
Born in Wilson, N.C. but lived most of his life in Granville County. He was the son of the late Wilbur E. and Nella O’Neal Cash. He was of the Baptist faith and a retired farmer and worked with A&P Foods, which he enjoyed the most.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor by Rev. Al Thomas. Burial will be in the Cash Family Cemetery on Horseshoe Road in Creedmoor.
Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Elaine O’Brient Cash of the home, a son, Ronald H. Cash Jr. and wife Jane of Creedmoor, two grandchildren, Crystal Hall and husband Justin of Durham, Johnny Ange and wife Nicole of Creedmoor,three great grandchildren , Wyatt Hall, Hunter Hall and Preston Ange and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Wilma Tydall and Rowena Baker and two brothers, Edwin Cash and Preston Cash and a nephew Malcolm Baker.
Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to one’s choice.
Visitation will be from 7:00-8:30 PM Tuesday evening March 4th 2014 from 7:00-8:30 PM at the Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor and at other times at the home.
