Little did I realize the skill you possessed until I tried to recreate the tee signs you made for us at Lakewood. Each time I passed one I will remember your generosity and your smiling face. They are a memorial to you and your love for the golf course. Thank you for eternity!

Never a mean word. Always a gentleman, gentle soul. I am inspired by his unabashed enthusiasm for playing music at the Tuesday night jam. Generous with praise for others, he was. A nicer guy I don't think I'll ever meet. RIP, brother.

Irish Blessing...
Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free.
I follow the plan God laid for me.
I saw His face, I heard His call,
I took His hand and left it all…
I could not stay another day,
To love, to laugh, to work or play;
Tasks left undone must stay that way.
And if my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss…
Ah yes, these things I, too, shall miss.
My life’s been full, I’ve savored much:
Good times, good friends, a loved-one’s touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief –
Don’t shorten yours with undue grief.
Be not burdened with tears of sorrow,
Enjoy the sunshine of the morrow.

Words alone cannot even begin to express just how much Ron is loved and missed. We've lost a kind and gentle soul. I will always remember Ron's velvet voice and infectious smile. A life that touches others goes on forever. Comfort comes from knowing we will see him again one day. Rest in God's glory, my long time friend.

I will always remember your friendship. Your smile was my serenity, and what you did for LCC will never be forgotten. You inspired me with your humility. We will meet again, over and out…. May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Ron, we barely knew you, but know your great kids...that is a legacy in it's own right. Wish we could have heard you playing and doing what was in your soul to do, glad it brought you and others such great joy! Rest in Peace and please family, know that John and I love and are praying for you in this time of sadness!
Matthew 5:4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
1Thess. 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
May the blessing of comfort be yours, dear family!

The ultimate in cool. RJ was a very dear friend. A great person that people just gravitated to, if you met RJ - you wanted to know RJ. A great musician and Bluesman Extrodinaire. You have touched so many, and you will be missed dearly. RIP my friend.
