Ron passed away on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013.

Ron had gone into the hospital on Sunday October 27th with pain in his shoulder and thought he might be have trouble with his heart.  It was a torn shoulder.

While there they discovered that Ron had a very bad infection in his right foot that he had been nursing on his own and they were planning on amputating his leg from just below the knee. His kidneys also were failing so they had to get that problem solved before surgery on the leg. After surgery to get him setup to do dialysis his blood pressure dropped and they could not get it back. He died on the operating table. 
Ron was 70.

His death came as a surprise to all of us and his deterioration was very abrupt.
