He was the first child of Barbra and Leroy Luiz. He was the oldest of 3 kids first came his brother Brian Luiz them Sherry Luiz. He grew up in the small town of tracy ca. I know that he loved his family and enjoyed Music Fishing and motor cross. Later in life he met my mother and they had me my name is amber. I didnt get to know alot about my dad but i know that he loved me. He had his moments some worse than others but over all he was human and tryed to do the best he could. He was Murdered out side of alittle bar in stockton around 3 am on june 7th 2001 there is still a reward offered for information leading to the arrest of who ever did this
