Her Life

EPITOME OF RONNA BAILEY

October 11, 2012

Ronna was born February 25, 1953, second of twins born to Paul and Leola Hallett.  On Friday September 28, 2012 the hand of God reached down and plucked up a withering flower. She had endured years of suffering, fought a hard battle, yet stayed on her course in the service of her Lord. He saw she had become weary and told her to come take her rest.

Ronna accepted Christ at an early age at Wheeler Ave. Baptist Church, Houston, Texas, rededicated her life in 1985 at Lakewood Church, Houston, Texas, and immediately upon relocating to Chandler, AZ in 2002 joined Chandler Christian Church becoming a faithful member and worker until her death.

Ronna never lost her zeal for the Lord, she never met a stranger and she loved people and always had a Word from the Lord, praying, giving, helping, allowing herself to be used in anyway the Lord would have her do. She loved cooking, music, dancing, the mountains, fishing and being outdoors. Her plants were her babies and she saw the beauty in everything. (she tried to salvage everything)

Ronna loved life, she celebrated life, she gave every ounce of breath to  making the most of the last days of her journey. She had a strong faith, a strong hope, and never gave up on her healing. She said she believed that she would go to heaven healed.

Ronna leaves to celebrate and cherish her memory her loving parents, Paul and Leola Hallett, two sons, Paul and Ronnie, grandson Pierre, brother, Mickel Rason,(Diane) twin sister Donna Price,(Deljon), sisters  Paula Hallett and Eria Treanice Clay, two devoted confidants, Kathy Jones and Erin McKay , a host of nephews, nieces, relatives, church family and a host of  friends.
