When Dad was 5, I believe is when his Dad passed away.  Then his Dad Alvin Manry came along and raised him.  Dad was in the Army, Marines and National guard.  He worked at Bosch also.  My Dad was a very caring man. He loved his family.  When we were young, he would take all 6 of us kids to the drive in in Dowagiac.
