SGM (Retired) Roosevelt Pied of Columbus, formerly of Tucson, AR, passed away Saturday at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL.
He was 78 years of age and resided at 1040 Fleming Avenue.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Pied will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 10, 2016, Graveside at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.

Full Military Honors will be accorded.

Visitation is Wednesday, 2 til 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family will receive friends, and the cortege will depart from the residence at 10:30 the day of the service.

I am greatly saddened by the loss of such an incredible man. I have so many fond memories from spending summers during my childhood with my Grandpa Pied. He had such a warm and generous heart and will truly be missed.
