Rosa Lee Richard was born to Sallie And Fred Williams on August 5, 1951 at Reid Memorial Hospital in Richmond, Indiana; her hometown.  She was married to Toby A. Richard for 34 years whom she loved dearly.  She had 2 children; Ben Borden and Crissy (Borden) and two granchildren; Taylor & Jacob Scalf and one on the way.  She also had 3 sisters, one brother and many nephews and neices.

Mom had a very beautiful soul and was always smiling no matter how bad she felt.  If someone needed a smile, she would give them one.  She was a christian and attended church regularly.  She would always lend a helping hand no matter what someone needed.  She left this world way too soon at age 58.  God must've have bigger plans for her in heaven because she's now one of his angels. 

I Love you so much Mom and so did many others.  You will always be in our hearts and greatly missed
