Rose and I loved to go shopping but she was very careful with her buying. I bought an orange sun hat when we were in Hawaii and wore it on all our adventures,  which included shopping,  of course. When Rose found something she liked but was hesitant about buying it,  I would nudge her to get it if she really liked it. Forever after,  when we were shopping,  Rose would say there was an angel on one shoulder reminding her to behave and a little devil with an orange hat on her other shoulder.  We always had so much fun!
