The UZ has lost Professor Moyana. The Faculty of Education has lost a mentor. She was a sympathiser, supporter and friend in the faculty. She was always there for us whenever we needed help. Indeed, she was a unifier. The void left by Professor Moyana will be difficult to fill.

My wife and I are deeply saddened by the passing on of the English teacher, Professor Rosemary Moyana. She is remembered to us as a hard working lecturer, diplomat, par excellence: soft spoken, but firm in work devotion closely professional, cooperative, and resilient nationalist. To some of us Professor Moyana is one administrator to envy and imitate. She leaves a vacancy not easy to fill. May her soul rest in spiritual peace. We will miss you ROSE
