Rosemary Racz (Amendt), 66 of Tuckahoe passed away while at home on hospice, Saturday April 30 2016 after a brief illness.
Born in Somers Point, Rosemary was a lifelong resident in South Jersey. She was retired from over 25 years at the Woodbine State school. She loved cooking healthy meals and watched the cooking channel constantly. She also loved taking her mom and dog “Chico” to the boat ramp in Tuckahoe.
Beloved mother to Sherry Rovani and Thomas Racz Jr of South Jersey. Devoted daughter to Mary J. Amendt of Tuckahoe and the late Lewis Amendt, dear sister to Robert Amendt and the late Edward Amendt and late Haidee Stover. Loving Grandmother to Megan Leach and a Great-Grandmom to Amir and Amyra Johnson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 7th 2016, from 10am to 11am at the Children’s pavilion on the boardwalk and 11th St in Ocean City, NJ.
The family would like to thank Debra Moss (niece), and the many other employees of Inspira Hospice for caring so much and making Rosemary’s last days so comfortable.
