Rosie was born on April 1st 1953 in Santa Rita,Guam to Elisa Chiguina Mendiola and Juan Guerrero Mendiola.
Rosie was a food service worker on the military base, she enjoyed doing crosswords, bingos, music(she played the saxophone), watching cooking shows, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.Rosie married Luis Torres Charfauros forty-nine years ago, on March 4th 1972.
Rosie has a total of six children, three boys and three girls; Luis the 3rd Mendiola Charfauros, AnnMarie Jean Santos(Charfauros), JohnEdward Mendiola Charfauros, JustinCorey Mendiola Charfauros, VanessaRose Charfauros Grimm(husband;Dallas Grimm), and Clarissa Carmelita Charfauros.
Rosie, her husband and their six kids moved in 2000 to Great Falls, Montana.
Rosie has a total of eight grandkids; Jonica, KennethLuis, LuisJarvis, Malakai, FrantayshaRose, Bentley, Liam, and Alieghamarie.
