This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Roy Gibson, 74, born on May 10, 1942 and passed away on March 1, 2017. We will remember him forever.

Memorial will be held at 11am at the VFW Post 1829 in Kansas City, MO (5904 Crystal Ave). Lunch/snacks will be provided. We will leave the VFW by 12:30pm and head to the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO (no address but google maps will take you right to it) for the services with honors at 2pm.

Missing You

There were so many stories you told us over the years. Wish I had thought to write them down or record them. Now I can't remember them. I wish also that we had recorded you singing and playing your guitar when we were kids. Missing you a lot this morning Pop. It has been a year since you left. I spoke to Mom this morning. We didn't talk about it but I know she was thinking about it. Until we are together again, you will be forever missed.
