I miss Ruby Girl every day. Every. Day. She was so special and dear to me. I honor her today and every day.

Ruby Girl is missed every day - She was such an important person in my life.  Her love for her family and friends and her faith was so inspiring.  Ruby was one of the most honest, strongest women I know. I can still hear her saying she's "fine as frog hairs" and it makes me chuckle. Ruby could make anyone laugh - she was so sweet and humble. The most funniest story I have is when I was pregnant with my son and we were picking out names - she said, "Well, if it's a boy why don't you name him Stanislaus and that way you can call him Stan when he's good and Lousy when he's bad!!"  That was the kind of humor that kept all of laughing every time we were with her. I just miss her so much. I get a lump in my throat every time I hear the song "Thank you for being a friend" from the Golden Girls.
