Russell Campbell was a good and faithful servant in the church and community. He came to Shiloh ready to work, and immediately joined the Shiloh Senior Choir. He always was willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed. Additionally, this stylish and humorous gentleman also was a fighter for civil and human rights. Among his many accomplishments, Russell served as chairman of the Human Rights Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland.
