This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Russell Jeffers who passed early morning on 1/19/19. 

Russell Jeffers was a loving son, brother, father and grandfather, entrepreneur, man of God, community leader and friend. He had a big heart with an even bigger smile. As a police cadet for the Southwest precinct he learned the values of discipline, honor and sacrifice, which are principals that followed him his entire life. 

The joy of the Lord truly was his strength, and he had a very uplifting and encouraging spirit. We will remember him forever!
