When I was in sixth grade DAD took Peggy, Susan, Russell, Mom and I on a wonderful trip across the United States.  He was wonderful to do that.  We visited Nevada, South Decota, Minnesota, Arizona and back home. 
I also remember my paper route in 7th grade and DAD would put the Sunday papers in the back of the Chevy station wagon and we would be off to deliver them.
We remember the wonderful visits to Santa Rosa and Middletown.   There are many bitter and angry people out there, DAD was not one of them.  He was a happy go lucky person, not wanting to get involved in drama and negitive people.   We can all learn from him.
