Ruth was born January 12, 1923 at West Point to Frederick “Fred” and Catherine (Meiergerd) Lueckenhoff and was a graduate of Guardian Angels Catholic School. On August 10, 1957, Ruth married Ferdinand “Fritz” Reiman at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in West Point. The couple made West Point their home. Ruth was employed by the Rural Electric Association and Cuming County Power District for over 40 years. Ruth was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and guild, and American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed bowling, traveling, crocheting, knitting, and crafts. Ruth will be remembered for her contribution to the 2013 St. Michael’s Cemetery renovation. Survivors include her sister Agnes “Mutz” Schlecht of West Point; brother Jim (Joan) Lueckenhoff of West Point; sister-in-law Rose Lueckenhoff of West Point; brothers-in-law Norman Tomka of Dodge and Frank Duker of Kenesaw; several nieces and nephews. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Fritz in December 2005; parents; sisters Rose Tomka, Karen Duker, Joan Knobbe, and Louise Grahleer; brother Fred Lueckenhoff, Jr.; brothers-in-law Jerome “Bud” Schlecht, Maurice Grahleer, and Joe Knobbe; and four nephews.
