Dad achieved so much in his life. He did national service and worked at Oldham’s Batteries all his working life. He had 6 children and subsequently grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a quiet and caring man and although he seldom showed his emotions in words his actions told us he loved us dearly, and we love him so much and always will. He was the best dad and will be missed so much
