Sam Minoru Tsuchida passed away at the age of 84 on November 24, 2013, at home in Sacramento, CA.

He was born in Ruth, NV, on September 8, 1929, to the late Kichimatsu and Nao Tsuchida.  He graduated from Sacramento High School and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

He had a long successful career spanning 40 years with the State of California including the State Controller’s office.
