Happy Birthday In Paradise Sammy Jr.
Samuel Reed Jr., age 71 went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
Sammy was born February 12, 1950 in Dayton, OH.
Graduate of Dunbar High School, Class of 1969.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Sr. and Eliza Reed and his beloved sister Donna Harbutt.
He was hardworking man. Retired from the construction business as a cement finisher, after 35 years of service.
He enjoyed sports of all kind, jazz concerts, traveling, and cruising.
Sammy leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife Beverly Evans Reed; children Samuel Hollyfield, Sean (Daphne) Reed, Michael Sr. (Erica) Evans, his brother Jerry (Teresa) Reed, step-son Walter Evans, grandchildren RaMykah Evans, Michael Evans Jr., Enjolie Evans, Daysia Evans, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special Aunt Minerva Woods.
Celebration of Life will take place Thursday, January 20, 2022 at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory (2060 Germantown Street/Dayton, OH 45417). Walk-Through visitation at 12:00pm and service to follow at 1:00pm. Masks are required for entry.
