Samuel Marcus Harris, age 66, of Auburn, Alabama passed away November 4, 2017 at the Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama.

The Memorial Service For Samuel Marcus Harris will be held at 2PM Sunday December 3, 2017 at the Children's Harbor Chapel on Lake Martin.

A Reception will follow at the Ridge Clubhouse.

Sam was such a special friend to the McKinney family. In fact, he and Courtney have been just like family members to us for many years. He was such a kind and compassionate person. He loved his family dearly, and was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. I pray that God will comfort the family members during this difficult time.

Sam has been a friend to me for as long as I can remember. One unique thing about Sam is that he always had a positive attitude and a fantastic smile. He never met a stranger, and was so easy to like.
Heavenly Father, we ask You to grant the strength to the family to endure the days and weeks ahead until by Your Grace the pain is changed to wonderful memories that will last forever. Amen
