I am very happy to have known and worked with Sandeep the past few years at NXP. He had a great attitude and was a very smart and skilled engineer. Sandeep will be sincerely missed here at NXP. My condolences to his family and friends during the difficult time ahead.

Sandeep was one of the most intelligent, hard-working, and kind-hearted person. It's a privilege to have worked with him. His technical expertise was unmatched. There was nothing, he did not have a solution to. He basically knew everything.
He was a source of inspiration for us.
It is so painful to believe that Sandeep is not among us. With his tragic demise, we lost an extraordinary human being.
My heart goes out to his family. May GOD give them the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
He will always remain in our hearts and prayers.

We will always miss you Sandeep!

We come across many people in our life but there are very few we look up to and Sandeep was one of them. I met him on my first day in FSL and that was the beginning of our longstanding professional relationship. His special technical abilities were readily apparent. He had a gift of innovative thinking. His devotion to work was motivation and inspiration for everyone around him. Initially I thought that he is super serious person and then in our first team outing, when I saw him laughing and cracking jokes, I still remember the exact phrase which came to my mind, “Sandeep mazak b krte h :)”. Will never forget his team score calculation while playing cricket, it used to increase exponentially. A cheerful soul who was always to support you, professionally as well as personally. I am fortunate that I worked with you.

Its so heartbreaking that you are no more with us.

You will always be my mentor…

I worked with Sandeep (remotely) over the past 5 years ... I requested many new features from his team ... not everyone always understood the things I was asking (sometimes not even myself!) ... but Sandeep not only understood, but invariably delivered a working solution in very timely fashion ... He was very sharp and always got the job done ... he will be missed ... I am still in shock ... my sincere condolences and prayers to the family.

If you were ever stuck on any technical issues or were blocked, Sandeep was the guy you need to check with. His judgement on technical issues and ability to approach problems was outstanding. Extremely hardworking individual who never shied away from taking responsibilities. Huge cricket fan, always wanted to win.
He will always be remembered.

My Journey with Sandeep started around 10 years back when I Joined Freescale. In my Initial days at FSL, I found him a very serious guy with less words. His technical expertise and problem solving skills were exceptional. He was the "Go-to guy" or the "problem solver guy" for the entire team.

We started taking our lunch and post lunch walk together. Then I realized that he is actually a fun loving guy. Not only his technical expertise, you bring any topic on the table weather current affairs, politics, world policies - his opinions were always ready. And yes, you need to be at your best ever to compete with him on any of these discussions.

We both were staying at nearby localities, so we used to come together to office via car-pool. There also, I remember many moments when we discussed on many topics, issues open heartedly. Most of the time his opinions were backed by the strong logic which you cannot deny. During our team outing events, he was the most enthusiastic and fun loving person. His passion for cricket is known to everyone.

Over a period of time, he became an extended family for me. I still can't believe he is no more between us. I will always remember him as a simple and pure hearted person whose technical expertise and problem solving skills were amazing.

Sandeep, you will always be in our heart and will be missed forever. Bye.

It is with great sadness that we learnt of the passing of Sandeep here in the US. Sandeep was a Great Colleague for many of us here in Motorola and Freescale Austin. His laughter and camaraderie will always be remembered. He will be missed deeply. WE pray for his family.
