Sandra Evans was one of the first people I met when I came to Peoria, Illinois and right away I felt safe and comforted. She was so easy to talk to and offered good advice. I loved her from the very beginning ❤ she showed me what a strong woman looked like. I observed her always nurturing, uplifting, encouraging and most importantly loving her children with a fierce kind heart. Family, all my love and prayers in the name of Jesus Christ. May you all be comforted knowing that she is now with God resting in peace and love.

          With Love, Phine
