Tributes
Leave a tributeI had the pleasure of being in Sandra's Thursday morning quilt group from 2000-2006. Even though I now live in Maine, I think of Sandra often, and was very sorry to hear that she has passed. To me, Sandra epitomized the perfect Southern lady, always with a kind word and a smile. And, her quilts were amazing, showing her grace in every stitch. I will miss her.

I'm so sorry we are out of town and can't be there with you right now, but we hold you close in our hearts. Connie and Tom
I use to work with you and Sandra at City Hall many years ago. Sandra
was a lovely person. I remember when you and she became engaged.
She always said that she felt so safe with you.
I remember when Andrew was born. He was such a pretty baby.
He looked just like both of you.
She was fortunate to have three sons and ten grandchildren.
I know they brought her a lot of happiness.
My condolences to you and your family.
