Forever in my heart & always on my mind. With your birthday approaching June 13th, I wanted to write something in your honor Sarah Beth Karp.
I'll never forget all the times we shared. Good, bad, & indifferent.
You were my last shinning star out of 5. My little trooper. Your smile was so infectious.
Your heart as big as the world. You protected many acquaintances & friends from bullies. You would step in & guide them & protect them.
Our family get togethers which included food fights ( ALOT of fun) brought so much joy to me when I heard you laugh & giggle. Our vacations, your birthdays, even if your birthday cake got dropped, your first boyfriend, graduation, the birth of your daughter, & so many other mile stones. You made your mama so proud.
The day you gave birth to Breanna, I was so amazed at your courage and strength. Small & a preemie she was your everything, the sparkle in your eye & a very strong baby. She gets her strength from her mama.
It broke my heart the day you were diagnosed but I knew you were a strong young lady. I miss taking care of you & Breanna the way I used to. I knew you & Breanna were well taken care of when you were next door.
I'll never forget the day I got the call when your brother Doug said we need to go to KY. I cried all the way in silence. I prayed so hard for God to heal you. Unfortunately you went home before I could come be by your side. Only an hour away & I was so praying you could hold on.
I'll never ever forget that night.
I was so angry at God. It wasn't until a few months later I was shown the reason God took you home. I miss & love you so so much, I can't wait to see & hold you again my baby girl. There isn't a day go by I don't think of you. Getting to hear your voice on your recording brings comfort to my broken heart.
UNTIL I SEE YOU AGAIN SAR.
FLY HIGH PRECIOUS. FLY HIGH!!!!
LOVE ALWAYS,
MOM
