Mrs. Sarah Emma Stewart ("Sue") was born on August 13, 1963 to the late Mr. Willie (Bubba) Smith and the late Geraldine Owens Copeland in Meriwether County. Sarah entered into eternal rest on February 6, 2014.

    Sarah worked for both Humana and Newnan Hospital and she also worked for the Coweta County School system for many years until she became ill. She was married to Roy Stewart from Grantville, GA. She was well known in Newnan and Manchester and will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

    Preceding her in death is her uncle Mr. Willie Jenkins, brother-in-law Mr. William Donice Dabney and her aunt Mrs. Annie Grace Terry.

    She leaves to cherish her memories her four (4) daughters: Wanda Britt, Carmen Britt, Shelia Stewart and Stacy Stewart. Eight (8) grandchildren, Zoria, Cameron, Levi, Latravious, Shania, Sarah, Josh Jr. and Joshoria. Her significant other for 29 years Mr. David Bussie. A stepfather that loved her dearly, Mr. Roosevelt Riley, Sr. of Newnan, GA. Two (2) sisters: Rhonda Dabney (William Donice) and Elaine Riley Two (2) brothers Michael Owens (Betty Holloway) and Dedrick Riley (Floretta). Grandmother; Mrs. Daisy Jenkins of Newnan, GA. Aunts are Betty Jenkins of Newnan, GA and Mary Ann Jenkins(Willie) of Manchester, GA, uncle Rudolph Owens of Manchester, GA., and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

    Sarah also had two special daughters; Cherhonda Ellis and Tekhiah Taylor.

    As we all know, Sarah was a person with a big heart, who lived life to the fullest and loved her family. She fought until the very end. Gone, but never will be forgotten. We love you “Pig”.
