A service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 beginning with Visitation at 10:30 a.m. and followed by the Funeral at 11:30 a.m. at the Ethan Temple Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4000 Shiloh Springs Road, Trotwood, Ohio. The Burial at West Memory Gardens, 6222 Hemple Road, Moraine, Ohio immediately follows the service.
