Leave a tributeector of Operations for Tri-Star Restaurants. I always told you that
you should be the president of one of the big resorts in Vegas, but I
was sure glad that you were my boss here. Love & Aloha.
You have no idea the amount of respect I have for you in all aspects of life . I so miss you !!! you were the comsummate PERSON !!!!!! Aloha my brother ,
I have been so touched by the family and friends comments and stories. My sister, Cathy, was especially touched by your comment, I would like to marry someone just like you. You have touched so many lives in your 53 years but the most important aspect of your life was your love for family and friends. R.I.P., Denny

My Father's Passing
I remember in 2005 when my father had passed. I returned home to Hawaii with my father's ashes for his memorial. It was a very tough time. My husband flew out to meet me and could only stay for 24 hours to be present at my dad's memorial. The evening he flew in Scott made sure to have a table prepared for us at Nicholas Nicholas. He also had words of comfort for me. Til this day, in that moment of time, I have not been able to express just how grateful we were. Something so small and yet meant so much to me.
Scott was my manager and friend at World Cafe many years ago...I always remembered his patience, kindness and genoristy...He loved to make fun of me. I remember that look he would give me like "really"...For those who know Scott well, you can't forget that look...
Scott, you will be missed but you will not be forgotton! I know you are in heaven and I will see you again!!
