Born in Daytona Beach Florida

Our parents were Robert A. Jones and Helen W. Jones (both are deceased now)

Scott was born in Halifax Hospital  -  March 30, 1957 -  he had reddish blond hair and my Mom was going to name him Todd - and we all said if she did we would call him Hot Toddy! :)  Who knows why we said that?!  But they decided on Scott! My sister Sandy was 13 yrs. older than me, and Scott is five years younger than me, so Sandy was like our second Mom!  Sandy's daughter (our niece) Cindy, grew up with us, and the three of us were always at the beach in Daytona. Swimming, surfing, pool hopping!   It was a great place to grow up. 

Scott loved to surf as a boy and grew to love riding mini- bikes and motorcycles also,  He was always outside doing something crazy and fun.   We moved from Daytona Beach to Boca Raton Florida in 1970 after I graduated from Seabreeze High School, and Scott finished school in Boca, where he made many new friends.  Scott lived in Palm Beach County Florida most of his life.  He had many friends and always loved to have a good time. 

Scott has one son - Charlie Briggs -  Charlie's mother is Arleen Esposito who is a special friend of Scott's as well as Arleen's mother Grace.

Scott had many friends over the last 20 yrs. and I do not know many of them well, but know that he cared for you very much and I thank you all for friendship and love for him.

I pray he is in a better place now and know I will always love him, and think of the sweet funny brother he was when we lived in Daytona and he loved to surf so much.
