Dear Mr & Mrs Naseri,
Ms. Susan Van Bergen got to know Sedigheh when she came to visit Hilla with Mr Robert Levitt.

..I met Sedigheh five years ago when visiting her school in KL. Sedigheh had a strong spirit, with a great thirst for knowledge. I recall a beautiful twinkle in her eye. I was so sad to hear of her passing. I know she is at peace with God.   Susan Van Bergen

Sedigheh,
I wish God had not picked you from among us, I miss you so much! I miss our walk to and from school everyday in Malaysia, miss the afternoons we spent playing and the roti canais we ate at the restaurant near out apartments. I wish I still knew that you were alive and still breathing on the other side of the world, and that one day when I visited Australia, we would unite again. It's heart wrenching thinking about these when you're no longer here. Rest in peace, you are extremely missed by your family and friends.

I missed you more than I thought I would...
And I cried much more than I thought I could...
Time heals all...
That's what they say!
But love's the price And so I pay.
Sometimes I smile I know you're near, it's not enough. You are not here.
The days roll by I'm not the same.
Yet in my heart you still remain.
You left love behind when you flew away, but a piece of me you too that day!!

Many moons ago, a bright eyed, cheerful, little 8 year old Afghan girl with a mischievous smile caught my attention and it had been quite an adventure with this ever fun loving creature whose friendliness touched the lives of those who crossed her path.

Your compassion for those who are lesser and the under dogs, your passion for God is a testimony to me. Farewell azizam Sedigheh until I see you again at the golden gates!!!
