Mr SH Njelesani!
I could write a book about my dad and what a wonderful father he was
Allow me to say a few words of the things that stood out for me and which will remain with me forever.

First and foremost, my father taught me to love God.
God's omnipotence, his greatness, his awesomeness his faithfulness

My father taught me boldness, confidence and never to be apologetic about being me,
He made me revel in the person i was

My father taught me good values, saying please, thank you, sorry .....respecting others regardless of their status in life.

My father taught me excellence, to be the best in everything I do no matter how small, to be the best i can i can be

My father taught me hard work, that all goals are achievable, with hardbwork, strategy and sometimes luck.

My father taught me the loce of reading and some of our greatest discussions would be after reading a book and then we would disect it, analyse it and then he would challenge me to give it a different more exciting ending.

He constantly challenged me mentally, fromo the time iwas young he would quiz me on general knowledge, mathematics, science, geography.....and i enjoyed the probing

The greatest thing he taught me is something he never even purposely taught me, its what i learnt from observing him, from spending time with him........he taught me love!

In Xhosa they say Mthimkulu ileliwe.... Meaning a great tree has fallen!

RIP my hero
