Broderick Daniel Allen Knight, was born on September, 13 2011. on September 12, 2011 My mother and I had went for a walk, she saw a bat and got scared so we ran all the way home, when we got there my contractions got worse, my mom told shane we had to go to the hospital right now, shanes response "are you sure, we have to go tonight?" "yes shane!" my mom said, and how shane is, he was calm as ever on the way there, seemed as if he was driving slow as possible, but really he weren't, tater was born at 8:15 in the morning. Shane always said, his head looked like a patatoe, which is were the nick name "Tater" came from, my mom always used to say to shane " I don't know about you, but I've never seen a perfectly round potatoe!" & the nick name "Tater" always stuck, we still call him Tater, I also still remember when I asked shane if I could give Brodi his last name, his response, "I would be honored" with a big smile on his face. I will never forget that day, I gave shane and Brodi something, that Shane, Brodi, My mom, me, and very many others will never forget, & I wouldn't change that for the world. I can't wait until Brodi gets older and asks me why his last name isn't the same as mine, becauuse I will be able to tell him the story about is Bampa shane, and I'll make it as real to him as i possibly can so he can feel almost like shane is there. we all love you shane. xoxoxo. look out for tater bug!
