Sharon Gwen Beck was known by all who encountered her for her contagious smile and joyous laugh. Her Free Spirit and Love for Nature kept her outdoors and adventurous. She enjoyed hunting for arrowheads, antlers, petrified wood, pretty rocks and crystals. Her favorite past time was spent going on scenic drives, anywhere, nowhere and everywhere. Searching for pituresct views of mountains, valleys and there wild enhabitants. She Loved the Mighty Majestic Moose and the beauty and freedom of the dragonfly. Her Love for nature was matched with her Love of antiques, we enjoyed wandering the many isles of flea markets and thrift stores. Searching for the unique items and would often spend hours discussing the events those items had witnessed throughout their long lives. Just as her love of the old and classic, Sharon Loved the Pretty things ❤ She Always Dressed to impress, her makeup was Always on point even if we were just going to doctor appointments. She would always say Look Good, Feel Good!! Her fashion sense was impeccable, and her Shoes... Impressive to say the least! She could glide on those 6 inch heels like they were flats, with so much Grace! She was Grace and Peace, while still being So Wild and Free!! She Enjoyed a good espresso, dark chocolate and scones. She Loved music and dancing. Her grandchildren were a light in her life, she played with them with such joy. Blowing bubbles, decorating our sidewalks with flowers and rainbows of chalk. Running through sprinklers while soaking up the glorious sun and planting flowers. When the weather was gloomy you could often find her sliding across the wood floors in her socks. Dancing in the livingroom and eating spoonfuls of Peanut butter. She was an amazing cook and I learned so much from watching her over the years. She Always kept everything clean and enjoyed washing dishes because it kept her beautiful natural nails clean.
When things were hard, there were tears, then usually a Coors Light and a few sips of Cinnamon Whisky and the laughter and smiles always returned.
I will Always wish I would have paid more attention to the little pieces of time I was blessed to spend with her!! I am Greatful for every moment and can only hope to follow in her footsteps in search of the freedom she lived.
