Riverdance
Butch gifted Sharon with 2 tickets to see Riverdance at the Hult Center in Eugene. She made reservations at the Hylton. She called and told me to reserve the day on my calendar. We packed up a whole "wardrobe" of clothes and spent the night in the fancy hotel. The first thing Sharon did was pull out all the wonderful soaps, shampoos and free stuff in the drawers. She was ooh-ing and ahh-ing and we played like two kids in that room. I'll never forget her glee! And she looked so beautiful (see photos). She forgot the tickets and called Butch, who was a thousand miles away :) but we ended up getting in after a few phone calls to box-office. We had a marvelous dinner and walked next-door to see Riverdance. We were dressed to kill. Afterwards we sat in the lounge and talked. This was just one of hundreds of things Sharon did for her many friends. Thank you, Sharon, for the memories!
