Sharry -AKA- Trudy grew up in St. Clair, Michigan and as a teenager moved to California where she met her best friend Arlene Rose Gallego-aka Linda, who would later un beknown to the both of them would be Step daughter and Step mother as Sharry met and fell in love with Arlene's dad Johnnie Joe Gallego. Their union brought five children into their already grown family of five oldre children of Johnnie's. Mario was the first to arrive in 1961, then son Johnny in 1963. They were then blessed with three daughters- Maria born in 1964, Brenda born in 1967 and Sharry Joann in 1969. Trudy was a stay at home mom, but was really involved in her children's lives and schooling. She was a volunteer mother, teaher's assistant, art teacher and then a crossing guard for the very same school district her children and grandchildren attended. She considered all the neighborhood kids her children as well as Johnnie. In August of 1980 Trudy lost the love of her life- Johnnie, to cancer. She carried on raising her children and even help raise her grandchildren, Antman, Missy, Tiffers and Rolo. Trudy battled stage 4 lung cancer for 2 1/2 years and finally it was too much. She went peacefully the night of November 8, 2012 to become a wife again to her long lost love Johnnie Gallego. She is dearly missed and deeply loved.
