Shauna is one of the most beautiful people I know. Her beauty was within her compassion, her testimony of Christ, her love of family, and friends. She never complained through her illness. She struggled for years giving the most she could to those around her. She died peacefully in her sleep. She had a wonderful day the day before she passed without knowing that it would be her last day on this earth. She loved her horse, her boys riding in competitions and winning, and had a delightful aura about her. She never wanted pity, but compassion. She had so many wonderful traits. A gifted, intelligent woman with tons of teaching skills that was a trait she developed through her efforts, being a professor at BYU, and her skills in making a lesson memorial by teaching at church. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she had at the core of her heart, the love of Jesus Christ. She also loved her boys, Ari and Gabriel. Her talents were so wonderful and sharing time and company with her was such as blessing! We love you Shauna! We know that Marvin will have the hardest time not having her presence. We need to love her boys, Ari, and Gabriel, her step-children, grandchildren, parents, and all extended family!
