Home-going Arrangements for Sherry Omonegho Etu

Sherry was everyone’s mum.  She cared deeply about the comfort and happiness of all around her, sacrificing her own comfort and time to put a smile on the faces of those around her. 

As her sister, Emike, reminisced: Growing up Sheri would do all the chores and cover up for me that we had jointly done them.  She was a great cook and would cook breakfast and bring mebreakfast in bed.

On Christmas Day 2018, Sheri was busy ordering food from her hospital bed for her parents and siblings just to make sure that they had a great Christmas.

She was incapable of bearing grudges and was always quick to say sorry even if she was never at fault.

A loving and caring person who exuded life, imparted life, breathed life and lived her life poured out for all around her.  She will be sorely missed.
