Mrs. Shirley Ann Whatley Breed, age 70 of LaGrange, Georgia, formerly of Franklin, Georgia passed away at the Roosevelt Rehabilitations Center in Warm Springs, Georgia on Saturday, September 7, 2013.

Funeral services for Mrs. Breed will be conducted on Monday, September 9, 2013, 2:00 P.M. at the Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home in Franklin, Georgia with the Reverend Randy Gilbert officiating. The interment will follow in the Franklin City Cemetery.

The family will receive guests at the funeral home Sunday evening, September 8, 2013 from 6-8 P.M.
