I could wish you were still here Mom, but that would be selfish of me because I know you are much happier in body & spirit just where you are. We continue to love and remember you Mom....forever

day. So glad to know that you are enjoying it with our Lord. Hug and kiss Missi and askia for me.
No let's just have good intentions. I know you are pain free and free of that terrible food at the mission. I know miss is not going to let you eat meat. But you will always be in good shape cause she will make you work out. Say hello to all our other family members who are surrounding you . Love you and will talk soon.

Remembering
When I was 4 years old, I remember mother planning a trip downtown with Grandma to do a little shopping. I would be sitting at the breakfast table with my two little brothers (Rudy & Johnny) and mother would ask me if I wanted to go with them. That always made me feel so special. Rudy and Johnny stayed home with Dad and mother woud dress me up to go downtown. Loved it, Loved it, LOVED IT.
A Beautiful Woman
From the time that I can reember, mother (mommy) was always neat and clean and she made sure that her house and family were clean as well. From the polishing of the spindles on the bannister which drove us crazy to do, to the pressing of the cheets on the old "Mangle" that was in the upstairs hallway. There were no lazy kids in the family though it fell to the girls to do the dishes and the boys took out the garbage. Mother made sure that on a daily basis we were clean and our hair was combed. Saturday hair combing may come a little late but it was done before we went outside. My mother was a pretty women. I remember her in her pedal pushers, (Capri pants nowadays). I remember the times that she would give me some money to go to the store to buy her some "Red Fox or Cinnamon" nylons. She didn't wear dresses too often but when she did, she looked beautiful. I'm not sure she even had a whole lot of dresses but the ones she had were baautiful. Mother wore her hair shoulder length and it was curly. I remember she had a streak of grey in it even then.
