Sipepelapi was born on 20 April 1972 at Masvingo General Hospital to Laimon and Annah Mahobele.She did her primary education at Gokomere Primary School.She went to St Dominics for her ZJC and then moved to St Anthony's Msiso High School for the O' level.She later went to Mpilo Central Hospital  to train as a nurse.

She met her husband Shem Chivhumba Mlambo and they wed in Dec 1993 and were blessed with 3 children ,Sharon ,Shalom and Shem jnr.
 
As a child and a daughter to her parents she was a perfect child a natural leader and certainly a virtuos woman.

As a sister she was an exemplary first born ,so admired by the younger siblings,she was an unmatched elder sister,a pillar os strength 

As a wife she was a wonderful wife and a match suitable for him as a Minister of the Gospel and as a husband

As a mother she was a friend,an ambassador to her own children,her nieces and nephews

As a pastor she was a sherpedess ,to her being a pastor was but a true calling.

she was a friend to many and genuinely touched the lives of those that met her,all who she encountred speak positively of her and in the many ways she touched their lives

She loved the praise and worship,and was passionate about the lives of disadvantaged children and women
