Life of Rashad Wallace

WALLACE Rashad D. Wallace, 12, of Jacksonville went home to be with the Lord August 2, 2008. He was born May 3, 1996 in Charleston, SC. He attended school at Oakleaf and was a member of the Church of Living God #2, Jacksonville. He was a member of the Cowboys Football Team and the Argyle Wildcats Baseball Team. He also enjoyed playing basketball and will truly be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Frank and Elouise Simmons; great-grandfather, Roosevelt Hicks. He is survived by his loving mother, Beverlee Wallace of Jacksonville; sisters, Rykiria Thomas (2yrs.), Tenisha Perkins (2 months); brother, Paul Lee, Jr. (6yrs.); maternal grandparents, John and Debra Wallace of Jacksonville; great- grandmother, Fannie Mae Hicks of Jacksonville; he is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 until 9:00p.m., Friday, August 8, 2008 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00a.m., Saturday, August, 9, 2008 at Spirit of Life Worship Center, 1176 LaBelle Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32205 with Pastor Herbert Johnson officiating. Interment and procession will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville.
