Today brought back a memory of when you lived in NJ and my hubby (now ex) stopped by your apartment, as we walked in you could smell the oven really hot. I asked what you are baking at 500⁰ and you said, "oh I just turned it to that to make it heat up faster". As I shook my head and my hubby laughed you got a reason in how ovenes work. So funny. Thanks for every memory you gave me that still brings smiles.
