A year has gone, and still a deep absence of you lingers in our hearts.
You are missed in our everyday, every sun that sets, every rain cloud that's rolls over the ocean, thoughts of you remains. Gone way to soon Couz.

One year has almost passed,
my hearts still not whole.
Pieces forever missing,
with your death, they were stolen.

The beginning is the hardest
Depression sunk in hard.
Just went through the motions,
yet eternally to be scarred.

Reminded through your pictures
of the life that you once knew.
Your smile ever so captivating,
those cheeky grins of yours

Your presence is a constant,
feel it in the sunrise and sunset.
Shooting stars, heart shaped rocks,
YOU... I will never forget.

Your memory will be everlasting.
Still your voice I miss the most.
Oh, just to hear you laughing
or just to feel you close.

One year has almost passed.
No, my heart's still not whole.
Yes, pieces forever will be gone,
but your life...it changed my soul.

Weekly trip to the city

May 3, 2021
When we lived in Clendon you and I use to take train rides into the city for the day I remember we would sing songs on the train to pass time. We always went to Timezone and always had a photo taken for the fun of it and we would walk around the city to see what their was. One day we went and did our usual thing and this time we played a prank on Mum and made her think you got your nose pierced with a huge safety pin. The look on mums face was priceless and as she was getting ready to tell us off you took out the fake safety pin and said gotcha lol.
