Stacy Lynn Sanders was born to Claude Sanders and Anne Sanders Freeman at Lloyd Noland Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a student at Wenonah High School. At the tender age of seven years old, he attended New Macedonia Baptist Church, where he confessed Christ as his Lord and Savior. Stacy Sanders loved his family and would do anything for them. He was a devoted father and grandfather. He always carried a joyous demeanor and humble spirit no matter who he was around.
He departed this life peacefully on August 31, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Claude Sanders. He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Anne L. Freeman; four sisters, Lisa Murray, Lateece Sanders Baker (Dewayne Baker), Lakia Sanders, all of Detroit, MI, and Stefanie D. Sanders of Birmingham, AL; two brothers, Ty’reece Sanders of Detroit, MI, and Claude D. Sanders of Birmingham, AL; he had two beautiful daughters, Shakeara M. Hinson and Stacy D. Hinson, both of Birmingham, AL; handsome son, Aaron L. Hinson of Birmingham, AL; six aunts, Dara Ann Perryman, Jackie Perryman, Mammie Jo Perryman, all of Detroit, MI, the late Brenda Perryman, Jimmie Perryman, and Donna Perryman, all of Birmingham, AL; four uncles, Paul Sanders of Atlanta, GA, Jim Perryman, Dana Perryman, and Wesley Perryman, all of Birmingham, AL; six grandkids; and a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
