Birthday Memories

Shared by Susan Hards on January 27, 2020
I remember on one of your birthdays us kids gave you a trip to anywhere in the US you wanted to go. You were such an easy going, no frills, person who never wanted or needed much, that you could not think of anywhere you wanted to go.
You found so much joy in your kids, grandkids, great-grandsons, your endless yard work, and ANY sport on TV
Tomorrow January 28 marks your 90th Birthday and I wanted to say you were always my hero and I couldn’t have asked for a better dad. You were an example of unconditional love and patience.
I miss you always, Love Sue

Look at her now

That little girl of yours.

That well rounded heart you gave her,  for all to see.

I thank you from my soul and pray,

someday you let her marry me.
