Little did I realise that 6 mths later, I would watch this unfold as my beautiful boy died of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (less than 9mths after diagnosis)....

The gentleness and reverence towards his body was such a contrast to the violence of the treatment which had destroyed his body and soul.

Stefan's service was held at the Preston Mosque according to his Islamic faith and a Memorial service was held 40 days later at the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral.

What a tribute to a young person who had so much love, bravery and courage as he faced his death WITH NO FEAR
